The current AQLERA website is a prototype used to communicate the product concept. Do not submit sensitive personal data or real customer data to this demonstration environment.
The contact form processes business contact details to respond to your request. It does not use a CRM or store your submission in an application database. Before operational product processing or commercial launch, AQLERA should finalize a complete privacy notice reviewed for applicable Saudi requirements.

Contact and measurement
Name, organization, role, email, sector, message and optional phone are sent to the project mailbox when sending is enabled. These fields are never sent to Google Analytics. Do not submit sensitive information or customer documents. Mail providers may retain messages for follow-up; technical hosting logs follow the provider’s settings. Retention periods and required legal disclosures must be finalized before commercial launch.
Form protection uses a short session, a verification token and temporary technical rate-limit data. Visitor analytics are optional and do not run before consent; preferences can be changed in the footer. Fonts load through Google Fonts, which receives the associated technical requests.
