What is AQLERA?
AQLERA's vision extends governance, risk and compliance into the relationship between what an institution knows, decides, implements and learns. It targets organizations in Saudi Arabia through seven proposed sector models: Government, Financial, Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Industrial and Nonprofit.
The proposed journey starts with a document or regulatory change and connects it to policies, requirements, risks, evidence, decisions and actions, making institutional knowledge easier to find and understand in context.
The problem we address
Fragmented knowledge
Policies, documents, meeting records and experience sit across files, systems and teams. Finding the right version and understanding its relevance can be difficult.
Change without enough context
New requirements may reach an organization without a clear way to identify affected policies, departments, controls and accountable reviewers.
Decisions without institutional learning
When decisions are disconnected from their evidence, alternatives and outcomes, it becomes harder to evaluate impact and avoid repeated mistakes.
Vision, mission and value
Vision
Connected, traceable institutional knowledge and decisions grounded in context, evidence and clear accountability.
Mission
Build an Arabic-first institutional intelligence platform that helps organizations understand requirements and connect them to policies, decisions and actions, with human review suited to the sensitivity of each use case.
Proposed value
Reduce manual search and knowledge fragmentation, clarify the impact of change, and turn reviews and decisions into trackable actions and reusable institutional memory.
Why AQLERA?
Arabic and institutional context
A product vision designed around Arabic, institutional terminology and the needs of Saudi sectors.
Evidence beside recommendations
A proposed approach that surfaces the source, quotation, version and context so specialists can verify an output before approval.
Learning from execution
Connect each decision to its action, owner and outcome so accumulated experience can be searched, reviewed and reused.
Current project stage
The project vision
A bilingual public website explaining the concept, proposed capabilities, sector models and development approach.
An experience to explore
An interactive demo and investor presentation using fictional data to explain the proposed journey and gather feedback. They do not represent an operational AI system or actual processing of customer documents.
Product and institutional pilots
The operational product, backend, integrations, technical controls and organizational pilots require development and independent validation. These pages do not report completed pilots or announced customers.
Our validation approach
Validation starts with organizations qualified for pilot participation, then expands based on test results and each sector's requirements. We plan to review the problem with governance, compliance and technical specialists, choose a bounded scenario and authorized data, and agree success criteria before a pilot begins.
Evaluation will consider requirement extraction, evidence verification, policy relevance, review time, action quality and follow-up. Results will determine whether to continue or adjust the scope; these measures are proposed evaluation criteria, not current performance results.
Proposed development roadmap
Validation and core design
Stakeholder interviews, a defined use case, data requirements, acceptance criteria and risk assessment.
A focused MVP
Regulatory Intelligence, Policy Intelligence, Institutional Knowledge, an AI Assistant and an Executive Dashboard within one workflow subject to human review.
An operational foundation and bounded pilot
Authentication, access control, tenant isolation, document management, audit logs, search, integrations, monitoring and backup before handling actual pilot data.
Launch readiness and expansion
Security, privacy and continuity testing; data, AI and vendor governance; then sector development guided by pilot evidence.
This roadmap is proposed. Scope, timing and funding depend on technical and commercial validation and risk assessment.
